Why You Should Try CBD
It’s no secret that I’m a fan of CBD. CBD has helped me and countless others as we have incorporated it into our wellness routine. And the interest and acceptance centered around CBD have proven that it’s going to be around for a while. But besides my endorsement and CBD’s ever-growing popularity, there are other reasons you should give CBD a try.
But you’re a savvy consumer, and you deserve some valid reasons for trying something new. I have listed out a few, some pertaining to concerns about CBD and others about its benefits. I hope by doing this, you can make a more informed decision.
Let’s begin.
You Already Have Cannabinoids in Your Body
That’s right. Your body already produces its own cannabinoids. These cannabinoids are known as endogenous cannabinoids and play an essential role within the body.
The cannabinoids in your body are responsible for managing the ever-changing external, environmental factors with your own internal rhythms to establish a state of balance and stability.
CBD Does NOT Mean Marijuana
As you may or may not know, Nature’s Ultra CBD comes from industrial hemp. Hemp and marijuana are often mistaken for one another as they both come from the cannabis plant. But there are differences in the composition, the usage, and the cultivation of hemp and marijuana. You can read more about that at NaturesUltra.com. The same goes for CBD and THC – they may both be cannabinoids , but they have different molecular structures and therefore entirely different properties.
CBD’s Safety and Legal Standing
To put it simply, CBD has a good safety profile and is federally legal thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill (as long as there’s less than 0.3% THC).
That said, there are many out there who don’t follow these guidelines and allow products with questionable quality and even fraudulent information out into the market. That’s why you should always check the source of your CBD and see if they test their CBD and provide quality assurance.
You should also check with individual states and other governmental authorities about their own laws and regulations on CBD. Even though CBD containing less than 0.3% THC is legal at the federal level, it doesn’t mean states have the exact same rule.
But let’s talk about a couple of more exciting reasons to try CBD.
Helps Soothe Sore Muscles
We all have experienced sore muscles. Whether it’s after a hard workout, a long day of yard work, or hours of wrangling children, our bodies start to feel the stress of overexertion. It’s even worse the older you get (believe me, I know).
Good thing Nature’s Ultra has a specially-formulated CBD Muscle Rub that is designed to help fatigued muscles recover faster and fully so you can get back to the things you love. Whatever works out your muscles, treat yourself to some CBD Muscle Rub.
Helps Relax and Soothe Occasional Tension
Your muscles aren’t the only thing that may need some care. The everyday pressures of life can be just as draining. That’s why trying products like Nature’s Ultra Cinnamon CBD Oil or CBD Calm Roll-On are great ways to help you relax and soothe occasional tension.
There are a host of other reasons I’m sure you can find for using CBD, but the best way to find out if it works for you is to try it. I recommend starting with a lower strength and working your way up. Be sure to listen to your body to find out what works best for you and as always, give it time. Once it’s a consistent part of your routine, you’ll see why so many people are falling in love with CBD!
